Age of Empires II Mobile - Real-Time Strategy

The greatest real-time strategy PC game is now on mobile phones with Age of Empires II Mobile. Gamers are tasked with collecting different types of resources and building up their territory with facilities like farms, outposts and castles just like in the original game. Players can also manage particular units including ordering peasants to explore the map or put together a war party and go raiding. The game will feature four historical eras and hours of gameplay.

Manage your civilization, 13 types of buildings and 7 types of units, through 4 different ages. You will need your strategy and cunning to lead your people to victory in many missions created just for mobile.

Inside Age of Empires II - Mobile, you will have the choice between 2 gaming modes : Campaign and Random Map. In order to fully understand the key elements, controls, and principle of the game, it is highly recommended you start by completing the Tutorial missions, before accessing Campaign and Random Map modes. The Tutorial mode is made up of 3 missions. Follow the instructions to learn how to play the game (key controls, how to select and move units, collect resources, use the mini-map, create and up-grade buildings, attack, etc.).

Campaign mode contains 7 missions (scenarios). Read carefully the mission objectives displayed at the beginning of each one to complete them (for example : protect a castle, escort a hero, conquer a city, etc.).

If you feel that you can no longer complete the mission you have been assigned, you can surrender and start again by pressing the Exit button and choosing Surrender. You will of course have to fully complete a mission to move to the next one. In Random Map mode, you first choose the difficulty of the level you want to play (easy, medium or hard).

Once the game starts you must build up your civilization from humble beginnings by harvesting resources, creating buildings and units and advancing technological age, in order to conquer your enemy. As the title of this gaming mode suggests, each time you launch a game in Random Map mode, a map will be randomly created, meaning that your initial location, the location of the enemy, and the placement and amount of resources available, will change each time you play.

Like in Campaign mode, you'll have the possibility of surrendering if you feel that the battle is going badly for you.
